I am writing to inform you of the outstanding serviced I received last week from one of your staff at the Credit Union.
A problem had caused my debit card not to work and my husband and I were unable to receive any cash and it put us in a real bind. I phoned the Credit Union and informed the member service representative of our problem and the solution by your staff astounded me.
Not only did our debit card problem get resolved, the employee of the Credit Union went above and beyond the call of duty (to put it mildly). He personally delivered a new card to me at work along with some much-needed cash.
Not only did the service I received change my mind about switching banks, I am convinced that Credit Unions are really worth belonging to – especially yours. I would like to thank the Credit Union for the outstanding service we received and let you know that it is a pleasure to do business there. It’s nice to know that there are still good and caring people out there.
